Sukhiya's total land = $\frac{480x}{0.6}=\frac{480x\times 10}{0.6\times 10}$

$=\frac{4800x}{6}=800x$

$\therefore$ Cultivated land of village = 3,84,000 x

So, required percentage

$=\frac{800}{3,84,000x}\times 100$

$=\frac{80}{384}=\frac{10}{48}=\frac{5}{24}=0.20833$
