Manav has a collection of 1300 stamps. 65% of the stamps are Indian stamps while the rest of foreign stamps. Find the number of Indian and foreign stamps in his collection

Total stamps =1300

Indian stamps =65%

Let Indian stamps be x. Then, foreign stamps =1300x.

Now,

x=65100×1300

x=65×13=845

Therefore,

Indian stamps = 845

Foreign stamps = 1300845=455
