The Jim Corbett National Park is situated in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand and is the oldest national park in India which got established in 1936. Kanha Tiger Reserve, also called Kanha National Park, is one of the tiger reserves of India and the largest national park of Madhya Pradesh state in India. Kaziranga National Park is located in Assam, it is famous for one horned rhinos. The Bandipur forest reserve is located towards the southern region in the state of Karnataka. This park is home to a number of rare and endangered species of birds and animals. The Mudumalai National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary also a declared Tiger Reserve, lies on the northwestern side of the Nilgiri Hills, in Nilgiri District, about 150 kilometres north-west of Coimbatore city in Kongu Nadu region of Tamil Nadu.
