(A) Uremia- (5) The presence of excess urea in the blood. It may occur due to chronic kidney disease or kidney failure.
(B) Haematuria- (3) Presence of blood cells in urine. It may occur due to various reasons such as urinary tract infections, kidney stones etc.
(C) Ketonuria-(2) Presence of high ketone bodies in urine. It may occur due to diabetes, starvation, fasting or glycogen storage disease.
(D) Glycosuria- (4) Presence of glucose in urine. It majorly occurs due to untreated diabetes mellitus.
(E) Proteinuria- (1) Excess of protein level in urine. Both diabetes and high blood pressure can cause damage to kidneys, which leads to proteinuria.
