Barr body is a sex linked inheritance found in female somatic cell in cyclons. It is an inactivated,condensed X chromosome found in female cells. Female has two X chromosomes.One of the X chromosome is active and another one is inactivated in a process called Iyonization,becoming a Barr body.

Purkinje cell is a large neuron with many branching extensions that is found in the cortex of the cerebellum of the brain and that plays a fundamental role in controlling motor movement. They are unique type of neuron specific to cerebellar cortex. They are remarkable for their massive,intricately branched,flat dendritic trees,which gives them ability to integrate large amoun ts of information and to learn by remodeling their dendrites.
