When a candle is burning two things occur simultaneously. First, melting of wax and second, burning of wax. In these, the melting of wax is a physical change but the burning of wax is a chemical change. Because in burning oxidation of wax actually takes place which is a chemical change.
According to the given condition, another example is 'Melting of ice'.
