$1.$ Dielectric constant of the medium

$2.$ Area of Plates

$3.$ Width of gap between the plates

$\text{Note:}$ By Relation $Q=CV$, Capacitance $C$ is the proportionality constant for Potential difference between the plates and the charge on the plates. It depends on physical dimensions of the plates, not on the values of Q and V.
