Mention the variation of atomic radii among the group 13 elements. Explain why ?

The correct order of atomic radii in group 13 elements is

B < Al < Ga < In =Tl

The atomic radii increase down the group but the increase is very less at the bottom of the series.

This is because of the screening effect.
