Mortar consists of $50 %$ sand, $10 %$ lime and the rest of it is coment. Find the quantity of coment in $400 k g$ of the mortar.

Given that:
Quantity of sand $= 50$ % $= \frac{50}{100} \times 400 = 200 k g$

Quantity of sand $= 10$ % $= \frac{10}{100} \times 400 = 40 k g$

Quantity of cement $= 400 - 240 = 160 k g .$
