Some of the ways to protect biodiversity are:- By restoration of habitat: The habitat of a community or area can be restored by bringing back the plants naturally present there.
- Conserving forest areas as natural wildlife reserves and bringing back and conserving the animal species that were present there naturally can also help save the biodiversity of an area.
- Breeding animals in captivity and storing plant seeds in seed banks can also help preserve plant an animal species.
- Reduce, reuse and recycle: Reducing the consumption of natural resources and the burning of fossil fuels etc. Also reducing waste and recycling those that can be reused.
