1) His plan of changing capital from Delhi to Daulatabad was not successful as he soon realized that it was not possible to have control on north india by staying at Daulatabad, and his again shifted his capital. All this caused huge trouble to common people.
2) His campaign of Kashmir was a disaster and he then disbanded the army created for that purpose.
3) He demonitized gold and silver coins and repaced them with copper and brass ones. After a while he found everyone minting copper and brass coins.
