Question

Name two ways a magnetic can induce an electric current in a wire.

Solution
Verified by Toppr

An emf is induced in the wire of loop if there is a change of magnetic flux passing through that wire. This induced emf generates an electric current in the wire.
There are two ways of changing the magnetic flux :
(1) Moving the wire in the region of magnetic field
(2) Moving the magnet around the wire
