$\Rightarrow$ Number of eligible persons between 18 and 21 = $8\%ofx$

$\Rightarrow$ Number of persons between 18 and 21, who voted = $75\%of\left(8\%ofx\right)=(\frac{75}{100}\times \frac{8}{100}\times x)=\frac{6}{100}x$

$\therefore$ Required percentage = $[\frac{6x}{100}\times \frac{1}{x}\times 100]\%=6\%$

$\therefore$ $6\%$ of people who actually voted.
