Let the number of persons eligible to vote be x. Then,
Number of eligible persons between 18 and 21 = 8%ofx
Number of persons between 18 and 21, who voted = 75%of(8%ofx)=(75100×8100×x)=6100x
Required percentage = [6x100×1x×100]%=6%
6% of people who actually voted.
