Let the number of chairs and tables be ${}^{\prime }{C}^{\prime }$ and ${}^{\prime }{T}^{\prime }$

$C=T+400$

$=6C+6T=4800$

$=6(C+T)=4800$

$=6\left(\right(400+T)+6T=4800$

$=2400+6T+6T=4800$

$=2400+12T=4800$

$=12T=2400$

$=T=200$

Percent of price of a table

$⟹\frac{C-T}{C}\ast 100$

$⟹\frac{200}{600}\ast 100$

$=\frac{200}{3}$%
