Weight of grapes $=2kg60g$
$2kg+\frac{60}{1000}(\because 1g=\frac{1}{1000}kg)$
$=2kg+0.006kg$

$=(2+0.06)kg=20.6kg$

Weight of mangoes $=5kg300g$
$2kg+\frac{300}{1000}kg(\because 1g=\frac{1}{1000}kg)$
$=5kg+0.3kg$

$=(5+0.3)kg=5.3kg$

Total weight of his purchases is
$=4.090kg+2.060kg+5.300kg$
$=11.450kg$
