a) Yes, intelligent students should make friends with weak students because it helps weak people to learn much and intelligent student will get a chance to explain the topic so that he can learn even in better way.
b) On comparing it will look like a co-ordinate covalent bond or dative bond.
c) The strength of dative bond will be very high as more than the covalent bond.
d) Here in this bonded atoms one will have more electrons i.e. contains lone pair of electrons and other atom will have vacant orbital.
