Sperms are produced in the testes of the frog. The mature sperms are carried into the vasa efferentia from testes. The vasa efferentia runs through the mesorchium and enter the kidneys. Hence the sperm enters the kidney. From the kidney the sperms enter the Bidder's canal. They then enter the urinogenital duct and are released into the water through the cloaca. The sperms fertilize the eggs released by the female frog in water. Thus the correct answer is option A.
