$\frac{3 t - 2}{3} + \frac{2 t + 3}{2} = t + \frac{7}{6}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{6 t - 4 + 6 t + 9}{6} - t = \frac{7}{6}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{12 t + 5 - 6 t}{6} = \frac{7}{6}$

$\Rightarrow 6 t + 5 = 7$

$\Rightarrow 6 t = 7 - 5 = 2$

$\Rightarrow t = \frac{2}{6} = \frac{1}{3}$

$∴ t = \frac{1}{3}$
