Testis are the paired structure, considered as the primary sex organ in the male. Each testis consists of a mass of coiled seminiferous tubule bound by connective tissue containing blood vessels and the interstitial cells. The seminiferous tubule is lined by the germinal epithelium which gives rise to the spermatozoa. The interior of the tubule is occupied by the spermatozoa in different stages of development. Some larger cells occur in between the germinal cells called Sertoli cells which give nourishment to the developing sperms. So, the correct option is A.
