Let the radius of the base be r meters.

Then, the circumference:
2πr=44 m.
r=442π=44×72×22=7m.

Let the slant height be l meters.

Then,
l=h2+r2=72+242=625=25m.

Now, Surface area = πrl=227×7×25=550m2.
Area of canvas required =550 m2.

Given that width of the canvas is 2 m.
Therefore, Length of canvas required = 5502=275m.

Hence, option B is correct.
