Let the radius of the circle be r.
Area of the circle is $\pi r^2$
Thus,
$\pi r^2\times 2=33957$
$=>r^2=\frac{33957\times 7}{2\times 22}$
$=>r^2=5402.25$
$=>r=73.5$ m
Thus, circumference of the circle $=2\pi r$
$=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 73.5$
$=462$ m
