  1. Will pass undeflected
  2. Will deflect towards B
  3. Will deflect towards A
  4. Will have circular motion in between A and B

A
Will have circular motion in between A and B
B
Will deflect towards A
C
Will pass undeflected
D
Will deflect towards B
Solution
Verified by Toppr

Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) is an apparatus used as a display device in televisions and computers. It is essentially made up of 4 parts:
1. Electron Gun
2. Focussing and Accelerating Anodes
3. Horizontal and Vertical Deflection Plates
4. Evacuated Glass Envelopes
Electron gun is used to produce stream of charged electrons. Since, the beam is a stream of charged electrons, it will be deflected towards A (positively charged plate)
