The figure shows a circuit containing a coil wound over a long and hollow thin tube. Mention two methods to increase the strength of the magnetic field inside the coil.

The magnetic field inside a current carrying solenoid is given by
B=μ0nI
where n is the number of turns per unit length in the solenoid
I is the current through the wire
Hence to increase the magnetic field, the current could be increase or the number of turns in solenoid would have to be increased.
