Gastrin hormone is secreted in stomach. Due to peristalsis in stomach food particles are rubbed on mucosal layer of stomach. Due to rubbing process G-cells or gastrin cells are stimulated and secrete gastrin hormone. This hormone powerfully stimulate the gastric glands for secretion of gastric juice.
