  1. 30.319 cm3
  2. 30319 cm3
  3. 41.29 cm3
  4. 3.0319 cm3

A
30319 cm3
B
30.319 cm3
C
41.29 cm3
D
3.0319 cm3
Solution
Verified by Toppr

Inner radius =5cm
Volume of the inner hemisphere =23πr3=23×227×5×5×5=550021=261.90cm3
Outer radius = Inner radius + Thickness of steel =(5+0.25)cm=5.25 cm
Volume of the outer hemisphere = 23πr3=23×227×(5.25)3=485116=303.19cm3
Volume of the steel used =(303.19261.90)cm2=41.29cm3
