Given$:$ Length of a rectangular field$=2\times$breadth.

$\Rightarrow l=2b$

Perimeter$=2(l+b)=54$m

$\Rightarrow 2(2b+b)=54$m

$\Rightarrow 3b=\frac{54}{2}=27$m

$\Rightarrow b=\frac{27}{3}=9$m.

and we have $l=2b=2\times 9=18$m

$\therefore l=18$m and $b=9$m
