Mirabai was a great saint and devotee of Sri Krishna. She was a Hindu mystic poet and disciple of Sri Guru Ravidass. She unwillingly married Bhoj Raj, the crown prince of Mewar, in 1516. Despite facing criticism and hostility from her own family, she lived a saintly life and composed many devotional bhajans.
