Let the basic price is $x$

Then price of washing machine inclusive sales tax$=\frac{x\times 110}{100}=\frac{11x}{10}$

But price of washing machine inclusive sales tax $=Rs13530$

$\therefore \frac{11x}{10}=13530$

$\Rightarrow 11x=135300$

Or $x=Rs.12300$

then basic (cost ) price $=Rs12,300$.
