\text { Second number }=\dfrac{18}{35} \div\left(\dfrac{-2}{5}\right) $$

$$\qquad =\dfrac{18}{35} \times \dfrac{5}{-2}=\dfrac{9
\times 1}{7 \times(-1)}=\dfrac{9}{-7} $$

$$=\dfrac{-9}{7}=-1
\dfrac{2}{7} $$
