Let the printed price is Rs.x

Discount=10%

$\therefore x-10\%ofx=2700$

$\Rightarrow x-\frac{10x}{100}=2700$

$\Rightarrow \frac{90x}{100}=2700$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{2700\times 100}{90}=Rs.3000$

Retailer raise the printed price by 15%

Then sell price$=3000+\frac{15}{100}\times 3000$

$\Rightarrow 3000+450=Rs.3450$

Profit%$=\left(\frac{3450-2700}{2700}\right)\times 100=\frac{750}{2700}\times 100=27.78$%
