Let the number of boys and girls in the school be 3x and 2x respectively.
Then, number of students who are not scholarship holders =80% of 3x+70% of 2x.
=80100×3x+70100×2x=12x5+14x10=19x5
% of non scholarship holders =(19x5×15×100)%=76%.
