Zoological parks play very important role in wildlife conservation. Earlier, they acted as refuge for the captured wild animals. However, they are now used for maintenance of wild animals, reproduction of endangered species. In zoological parks, the care of animals is being taken in terms of proper food, proper habitat, treatment, comfort. Its main purpose is conservation of wildlife.
