note:- positive direction is direction of incident ray so all the values of u and v are taken accordingly with sign.
For convex lens :
1f1=1v1−1u
110=1v1−1(−10)
v1=∞
For concave lens :
Image of convex lens will now behave object for concave lens
1f2=1v2−1v1
1−20=1v2−1(∞)
v2=−20 cm

d=10
