Manchette is temporary girdle present around the sperm head.
Centroplasm is cytoplasm around centriole and it does not contain any organelle.
The acrosome is present on the head of the sperm which is responsible for the acrosomal reactions and help in penetrating the wall of the ova.
The middle part of the sperm is rich in mitochondria and has a very less amount of the cytoplasm that surrounds the mitochondria and known as microplasm.
So, the correct option is ' Microplasm'.
