Solution
Verified by Toppr

Cell wall is the outer rigid protective covering of plant cells, fungal cells and some prokaryotes which represents a specialised form of extracellular matrix closely associated with external cell surface. It consists of two parts, gel like matrix and fine fibrils called as microfibrils. Microfibrils are made up of cellulose in plant cells and chitin or fungal cellulose in fungi. Mucor is a fungus, hence, has a well developed cell wall. Euglena and Amoeba are protists while Mycoplasma is a prokaryote. All of these organisms lack the cell wall. So, the correct answer is ' Mucor'.
