B

The plasmodesmata are cytoplasmic connections between two adjacent plant cell. These are seen in plants and Algae and are also known as cytoplasmic bridges. These are lined by plasma membrane thus allowing the passage of cytoplasmic nutrients between two cells.
In some plasmodesmata, the trapped endoplasmic reticulum present as a tunnel called as 'Desmotubule' is seen. The endoplasmic reticulum is trapped during the cell division when septum is formed in the middle of the endoplasmic reticulum.
Sometimes, the plasmodesmata are formed by traversing through the pits. These pits are the kind of holes present on the cell wall of a cell where a thin membrane called pit membrane is only present. These pits helps in the transport of water.
Hence, the plasmodesmata is not involved with vacuoles. So, option B is incorrect match.
