Preamble reflects the fundamental and philosophy of the Indian Constitution. It is a framework and like a preface to the Indian Constitution. The Preamble is not enforceable is a court of law. The preamble is the part of Indian Constitution. It has been amended only once so far, in 1976, by the 42nd Constitutional Amendment Act, which has added three new words – Socialist, Secular, and Integrity – to the Preamble.
