The liver is the largest gland in the human body. It produces bile. Bile is stored, concentrated and released from the gall bladder. When the acid food enters into the small intestine the bile, pancreatic juice and the intestinal juice are the secretions released into the small intestine. Pancreatic juice and bile are released into the small intestine through the hepato-pancreatic duct.
