Biopatents is a biological patent is a patent on an invention in the field of biology that by law allows the patent holder to exclude others from making, using, selling, or importing the protected invention for a limited period of time. It is related to a concept or design, an improvement in an earlier invention and the process of generating a product. The term of every patent in India is 20 years from the date of filing of a patent application, irrespective of whether it is filed with provisional or complete specification. However, in case of applications filed under PCT the term of 20 years begins from the International filing date.
So, the correct answer is 'All of the above'.
