James Watson, one of the scientists credited with discovering the structure of DNA, recently became the first ever living Nobel laureate to put his medal for auction. He had won the 1962 Nobel prize in medicine with Francis Crick and Maurice Wilkins. It was sold at a record-breaking price of $4.76million.
