Why does a piece of ice when touched with hand, appear cool? Explain.

Ice exist zero or below zero degrees Celcius. but our body temperature is 37$$^o$$ C. Due to temperature differences, heat started to flow from our body to ice. Hence Ice feels colder on touching.
