Why does physisorption decrease with the increase of temperature?
Physisorption is exothermic in nature. Therefore in accordance with the Le-Chatelier principle, it decreases with an increase in temperature. This means physisorption occurs at a low temperature more readily.
Physisorption is reversible in nature.
