A sound mind in a sound body is a proverb. It is true. If we want to develop a sound mind, we should keep our body fit and healthy. In these days we are giving importance only to study and we neglect the sports and games. Sports are necessary to youngsters. Sports shape the personality. If the students study only and avoid sports it makes their minds very dull. Sports train both our body and cooperation between the people. It also keeps our body in good health and makes us to maintain discipline in our life.
