$$(7+2)(10-3)$$.

[we will open one of the brackets]
$$7(10-3)+2(10-3)$$
$$=\{(7\times 10)-(7\times 3)+\{(2\times 10-2\times 3)\}$$
$$=\{70-21\}+\{20-6\}$$
$$=49+14$$
$$=63$$.
