AAT Registration Last Date

AAT Registration Last Date for 2017 is 12th June 2017. The registration portal will go offline on that day at 5:00 pm. The registration will start on 11th June 2017 at 10:00 am subject to scheduled declaration of results of JEE Advanced. Students have these two days to register themselves for the exam and failing to do so will result in them being ineligible to write the exam. AAT : Important points

  • This exam conducted by the joint implementation committee of JEE Advanced is for those students interested in pursuing B.Arch. from IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee. Qualifying this exam along with JEE Advanced is a must for applying to the previously mentioned programs.
  • The test will be held at the 7 zonal IITs on 14th June 2017 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and will consist of only one paper with English as the only medium of instruction.
  • Students who wish to appear for this exam must select the option of AAT while registering themselves for JEE Advanced and only if they qualify both in JEE-Mains and Advanced can they appear for AAT.
  • No separate admit card will be provided for AAT, students have to carry the admit card of JEE Advanced and produce it at the examination centre.
  • The results of AAT will be declared on 19th June 2017 on the official portal with candidates who secured a score higher than the cut-off declared as PASSED. No rank will be provided for AAT instead the AIR of JEE Advanced will be used for all admission purposes.

AAT Exam Time Schedule

The test will consist of only one paper of three-hour duration from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and the language of paper will be English. No separate admit card for AAT will be provided. Candidates are expected to report at the examination centre by 8:30 am and they must carry their own geometry box sets and other sketching and colouring aids.
