AIIMS Application Correction Window
Application Correction window of AIIMS has opened from 8th March, 2017. It will remain opened till 15th March, 2017 till which deficiencies can be uploaded. Final status of your application can be checked on 27th March. AIIMS Applications for MBBS opened on 24th January & closed previous month on 23rd February, 2017. The date for application form correction was in an announcement on the official website. Reason for this extension had been attributed to many discrepancies in application forms even after the last date of submission.
The official notice also mentions that this will be the last date to upload deficiencies in AIIMS Applications.
NEET Application Correction Window
NEET-UG Application correction window also opened on 7th March, 2017 & will remain opened till 12th. This will be the last correction that CBSE said they’ll accomodate.
AIIMS is one of the most reputed medical colleges all over the country. It’s an online computer based exam. NEET-UG had replaced AIPMT from 2016 onwards. AIIMS had refused to be a part of NEET in 2016. The reason AIIMS official had given was that the association will bring down the level of AIIMS Entrance Question Papers. While AIIMS MBBS Exam will be conducted on 28th May, 2017, NEET is scheduled to be held on 7th May 2017.
There had been delay in the board exams due to assembly elections, but the CBSE Class 12thBoard Exams are already underway from 9th March, 2017 & so are the ISC boards from 1st March.
