AIPMT 2018 Form Correction Date Announced

AIPMT is conducted for admission in 15% of the total seats in all medical and dental colleges in India run by Central and State governments/local authorities except in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Telengana. About 6.3 lakh people registered for AIPMT in 2015 and about 3000 MBBS seats and 250 BDS seats are available under the exam. The process of application started on 1^st December 2015. The All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance is an annual medical entrance exam admission for medical and dental courses like MBBS and BDS at several medical colleges across the country. It is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). CBSE has released a notification regarding the Application Form Correction details.

Applicants may rectify his/her application form in the following area if a mistake is found in their application.

1. Photograph
2. Signature
3. Right Hand Index Finger Impression

Prohibition Area for Correction

The candidates are not allowed to correct the following information in the application form:

1. Personal Details
2. Educational Details
3. Examination center and city
4. State code of eligibility
5. Question Paper Medium
6. Nationality of the candidate

CBSE was constantly facing many issues and discrepancies in the uploaded images of the candidates in their application form for AIPMT this year. Due to this, CBSE has decided to allow the corrections to be made in the application form. The board is checking the applications filled and submitted by the applicant. The applicants with the discrepancy will be intimidated through an SMS and an email to their registered mobile number and email respectively. The candidates should login with their account number and follow the given instruction to remove the discrepancy from the upload.

Process of correction for AIPMT 2018 Form Correction

1. Visit the official website.
2. Enter the registration number and password.
3. Check the details entered in the form and verify with the original.
4. Edit the fields with the mistakes and submit the form after rechecking.
5. Pay the excess fees if necessary.
6. Have a hard copy of the application form after correcting the discrepancy.
