BSEB Results 2018
BSEB results for class 12th have been declared today i.e. June 6, 2018, at 4:15 pm. The Bihar School Examination Board has announced the Bihar Result 2018 for Class 12. Students can check their results on the official website for BSEB Intermediate Result 2018. Over 13 lakh students will appear for the Class 12th Inter examination, which was held between February 6 and February 16.
Keeping up their annual tradition, the BSEB made the BSEB results 2018 available online to nearly 15 lakh students, who appeared for the exams. For the benefit of students, here are the tentative dates for the results this year.
How to Check the Bihar Board 2018 Results on the Official Website?
- Log on to the websites biharboard.ac.in or Indiaresults
- Once you see the results notification, click on it, enter important information such as roll number and date of birth
- Your Bihar Board Class 10 & 12th Result will be displayed on the screen. Don’t forget to download and take a printout for future reference.
Note that the results can also be accessed via SMS by sending BIHAR10 <space> ROLL NUMBER and ROLL CODE to 56263.
Previous Year’s Statistics of BSEB Class 10th
In 2016, the BSEB results for class 10 were declared on 28th May and it decided the fate of nearly 15.47 lakh students. Last year, the pass percentage was at 75.15 with almost 25% failures. The pass percentage for boys who appeared in BSEB Matric Exam was 72.88% while for girls it was 76.08%.

When it comes to the BSEB results for Class 12, the Bihar board declares them stream-wise. In 2016 as well the same trend was continued. The key statistics regarding Bihar Intermediate Result can be found in the table below.

Bihar Board Result 2017 Statistics
Out of the 17,23,911 students who appeared in the Class 10 exam 2017, 8,63,950 or 50.12% students candidates have qualified for the higher studies. More than 8 lakh students failed in the matriculation examination this year.
Also, this year proved to be the worst for Bihar board Class 12 students as only 30.11% students managed to pass the exam in science stream. The situation was not good in Arts stream either as the pass percentage was a mere 37.1%.
Commerce stream students did well and 73.76% students passed the board exam.
