BITSAT Application Date Extended
BITSAT Application opened on 29th December 2016. According to a recent announcement, the last date of online applications for BITSAT had been extended to 10th March, 2017. Previously this date was set as 5th March, 2017. This extension of 5 days includes both application form as well as fee submission.
Last date for any corrections in BITSAT application forms is also 10th March, 2017. So those filling the applications after extension need to be really careful.
Test Centers shall be allotted to the candidates based on their preferred choices & will be announced on 15th March, 2017. BITSAT slotbooking starts from 20th March, 2017 and current slated last date for slotbooking is 5th April, 2017. Admit cards will be available from the beginning of the 3rd week of April. All the tests will be conducted between 16th May & 30th May, 2017.
Through BITSAT, students get admission into various branches of the mighty Birla Institue of Technological Sciences. It is an online mode based examination and is held over a period of 15 days. BITSAT is the second most regarded engineering entrance examination after JEE. Many ranking reports have placed it above IITs in the past.
