EAMCET (Engineering Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance test) is the entrance examination required for admission to some engineering and medical colleges in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Many colleges offering degrees BDS, B.Pharm., BSc., Pharm.D. , B.E, B. Tech, etc. require qualification in this exam.
AP EAMCET Application
Applications for AP AEMCET commenced from 9th February, 2017. Last date for AP EAMCET application was extended to 21st March, 2017. This is the last date to apply without paying a late application fee.
Candidates who are unable to apply for EAMCET on or before 21st March will be charged an late application Fee of varyiang amount taking the total amount of their application to more than double the original amount. EAMCET follows a dynamic application fee policy; here’s how the late fee amount increases as the candidates delay their applications

AP EAMCET will be held from 24th April, 2017 to 28th April 2017.
TS EAMCET Application
Applications to TS EAMCET opened from 15th March, 2017 & will remain opened till 15th April. The TS EAMCET application process was supposed to start from 3rd March, 2017 but had to be delayed due to some server issues, as quoted by the officials. Late application fee is applicable for TS EAMCET application as well. Here’s how the late application fee increases as the candidates delay their applications

TS EAMCET will be held on 12th May, 2017 i.e. 4 days after last date of late application fee. This is the second time EAMCET is being conducted separately as TS EAMCET & AP EAMCET.
Prior to 2016, there was only one EAMCET. Following the AP-Telangana partrition, two separate tests had to be introduced under the APEX Court’s order in this direction. While the Andhra Pradesh leg was called AP EAMCET, Telangana leg was called TS EAMCET.
